GECS Developer

• Design and Development: Design, configure, and maintain Global Event Control Server (GECS) environments. Develop and implement automation workflows across multi-platform environments using Windows, UNIX/Linux commands, and PowerShell scripting.
• Integration: Integrate GECS with various enterprise systems, databases, and third-party applications. Customize and extend GECS functionality through scripting and other development tools to meet evolving business needs.
• Workflow Management: Develop custom event-driven workflows and exception-handling processes. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to job scheduling, automation tasks, and performance bottlenecks to ensure system reliability.
• Migration Projects: Lead and execute server migrations, application lift-and-shift projects, system upgrades, and database migrations. Perform comprehensive end-to-end testing of applications to ensure stability and performance post-migration.
• Integration Tools: Set up and manage communication interfaces with third-party systems such as IBM MQ and WS_FTP to support seamless integration.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Application teams to support continuous delivery pipelines. Actively participate in Agile phases, including sprint planning, effort estimation, daily stand-up meetings, and PI planning.

Asset Management Domain Knowledge: Apply a deep understanding of asset management business processes, particularly financial reporting, client reporting, and risk management, to align technical solutions with business needs
