• Leverage established processes to reduce the time between commissioning and production

Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage authentically with a wide range of stakeholders
• Translate customer needs into cutting-edge software application products, services, or systems
• Ensure alignment with Telstra's time, cost, and quality standards

Collaboration & Insight Gathering

• Collaborate with team members and key stakeholders
• Seek support, direction, and buy-in to gather deep insights about technology challenges and opportunities

Continuous Improvement

• Significantly contribute to process and systems improvements
• Help define best practice corporate testing standards
• Drive improvements in productivity, customer experience, and profitability

Strategic Initiative Leadership

• Lead or co-lead initiatives aligned with the strategic direction of the team

Ownership & Mentorship
