GCP Data Engineer

Description

We are seeking a skilled GCP Data Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-11 years of experience in designing and implementing data solutions on Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Develop ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into GCP.
• Optimize data storage and processing for performance and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists to understand data requirements and provide solutions.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance issues.
• Implement data security and compliance measures in line with organizational policies.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-11 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Google Cloud Platform services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
• Hands-on experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
