Fusion HCM Technical Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Advanced knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud applications including HCM Data Extract, Fast Formula, OTBI, and BI Publisher
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud data model and reporting structures
• Develop complex SQL statements and reports using database tools and applications
• Experience with HR and Payroll processes, descriptive/extensible flex fields, HDL, and spreadsheet loader
• Hands-on experience with functional configuration manager, user-defined tables, and value set queries
• Exposure to PeopleSoft HCM, Kronos/UKG, Reflexis, and Visual Studio Builder applications
• Strong analytical, data, and troubleshooting skills
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional, onshore/offshore teams and stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple development projects and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Familiarity with DevOps and Cloud development practices
