Fusion HCM ORC Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Minimum of two full life-cycle Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementation projects for global customers.
• Experience in Taleo to ORC migration is required.
• Oracle Cloud ORC certification is an added advantage.
• Ability to design, build, and configure Oracle Recruiting Cloud applications to meet business requirements.
• Perform end-to-end configurations and prepare detailed configuration guides.
• Work closely with the data migration team to explain templates, validate, and test data migration objects.
• Strong understanding of Fast Formulas for recruitment processes.
• Experience in designing Offer Templates and BI Reports.
• Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and Key User Training (KUT) sessions.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and create Cutover Plans for deployment.
• Collaborate effectively with Talent Acquisition stakeholders for successful implementation and adoption.
