Job Description

Role: Fusion Oracle Fusion Financials Lead / Senior Consultant

Experience: 10+yrs

Location: Bangalore & Noida

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and own implementation and post go-live support activities for Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Act as functional lead / module owner for core Finance modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and SLA.
  • Drive requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and end-to-end system configuration.
  • Take ownership of month-end and year-end close activities, reconciliations, and finance controls.
  • Work closely with business users during CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hyper care phases.
  • Prepare and review functional design documents, setup documents, test cases, and user training material.
  • Coordinate with technical, reporting, and integration teams for data migration, interfaces, and reconciliations.
  • Independently analyse and resolve production issues, providing root-cause analysis and long-term fixes.
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance as needed.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials, with strong hands-on exposure.
  • Proven expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and SLA modules.
  • Strong understanding of finance process flows (RTR, PTP, OTC) and Oracle setups/configurations.
  • Hands-on experience with OTBI, FRS, SmartView, and BI Publisher.
  • Solid exposure to period close, reconciliations, and statutory/management reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, lead discussions, and manage stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills for client-facing and cross-team collaboration.

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Experience with FBDI / ADFdi for data migration and corrections.
  • Prior experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Financials.
  • Experience in both implementation and support engagements.
