Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Corporate Administrator to join our Fund Services team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive corporate secretarial services to clients in foreign jurisdictions. You will take ownership of document management, prepare critical legal documents, and ensure compliance with local regulations. This position requires a proactive team player with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Secretarial Services:
- Assist in providing corporate secretarial services to clients based in foreign jurisdictions.
- Prepare legal documents for all stages of a company's lifecycle, from incorporation through to dissolution, in accordance with legal requirements and agreed-upon deadlines.
- Prepare/update corporate structure charts for client structures.
- Prepare minutes of Board meetings/AGM/EGM.
- Perform and/or monitor statutory filings/compliances with local authorities.
- Document Management & Quality Assurance:
- Take ownership of the document management process, including collection, renaming, and storing of relevant documents in the central repository.
- Update trackers on a timely basis to ensure data accuracy.
- Review work of the Corporate Secretarial team to ensure output meets client standards.
- Prepare/update various reports related to utilization and trackers, taking corrective actions when needed, and ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met.
- Collaboration & Project Participation:
- Coordinate with business partners, clients, and colleagues worldwide to gather information and documentation.
- Participate in knowledge transfer activities to ensure smooth transitions.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and actively participate in global/local projects.
- Build strong relationships with all stakeholders and collaborate effectively with onshore colleagues.
- Team Management (as applicable):
- Assist with team management and appraisals.
About You
- Education: You are a Company Secretary (mandatory) or have a degree in Law (preferred).
- Language: You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Attributes: You are a flexible, proactive, and attentive-to-detail team player with excellent communication skills.
