Fund Services.PE Fund Accountant

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Private Equity Fund Accountant to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial integrity of our clients' funds, involving everything from daily bookkeeping to complex financial reporting and investor communication. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong accounting background who can thrive in a dynamic and evolving business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Fund Accounting & Reporting:
• Maintain books and records and accurately calculate fund Net Asset Values (NAVs).
• Prepare financial statements and associated reports, including key performance metrics.
• Calculate carried interest/performance fees.
• Investor Services:
• Prepare calculations and investor allocations for capital calls, distributions, and equalizations.
• Coordinate and/or process payments and other transactions.
• Work closely with the Investor Relations team to respond to investor queries and disseminate capital activity notices.
• Operational Excellence & Projects:
• Identify and escalate any material issues that affect service delivery.
• Participate in various projects related to the expansion and evolution of the business.
• Perform any other functions required as part of the business.

About You

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Qualifications: A professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or similar.
