Fund Services. IR Senior Administrator

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous IR (Investor Relations) Senior Administrator to join our Fund Services team. In this role, you will be crucial in managing trade activity and investor correspondence, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This position requires a strong focus on maintaining high standards, supporting team members, and building a solid understanding of our operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Trade Processing & Review:
• Review and approve trades that have been booked by Trade Processors.
• Provide coaching and support to Trade Processors as needed, helping to build their skills and ensure accuracy.
• Enter all trade activity for the global business unit, meeting established timelines with high accuracy standards.
• Investor Correspondence:
• Distribute essential correspondence to investors, including confirmations, settlement advices, contract notes, and statements.
• Operational Support:
• Assist with other related duties as required to support the team's goals.
• Maintain a solid working knowledge of multiple systems for the processing of trades.
• Follow fund-specific instructions and variables meticulously.

Shift Timings

• Various shifts will be implemented in the Global Operations Support team.

About You

• Education: At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mathematics, Quantity Survey, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or an equivalent field.
• Experience: Experience specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or an equivalent field is preferred. Fresh graduates may also apply.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of hedge or mutual funds is an asset.
• Skills: Possess excellent data and alphanumeric entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
