Functional Test Engineer - SEO

We are looking for a detail-oriented Web/Digital QA Analyst with experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to ensure high-quality digital content and web pages. The candidate will perform functional, regression, cross-browser, and accessibility testing while validating SEO compliance, performance, and usability across devices and browsers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional, regression, cross-browser, and accessibility testing of web pages and digital content.
• Validate content accuracy, UI/UX elements, navigation flow, SEO metadata, schema, and tagging.
• Ensure compliance with SEO best practices and web performance standards.
• Collaborate closely with AEM Content Authors and Developers to identify, document, and resolve defects.
• Perform page speed analysis, image optimization, and responsive testing across multiple devices and browsers.
• Utilize QA tools and frameworks to automate and streamline testing processes.
• Document, track, and report defects while collaborating with relevant teams for resolution.
• Verify that all content and functionalities meet business, legal, and regulatory requirements, especially within regulated industries.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating with stakeholders and facilitating testing efforts.
• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance website performance, usability, and SEO optimization.

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in web/digital QA, preferably with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, test case creation, and defect management.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser developer tools.
• Experience with cross-browser, responsive, and mobile testing.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), and web analytics.
• Proficient in bug tracking tools like JIRA.
• Exposure to Agile development processes is preferred.
• Experience working in pharmaceuticals or other highly regulated industries is required.
• Knowledge of test automation tools such as Selenium or Cypress is a plus.
