Functional Consultant (Manufacturing)

• Interacting with factory users, provide demo and training on application
• Factory stakeholder management, drive application deployment line-wise, achieve go-live
• Deployment Planning/Execution/Reporting

Technical/Functional Skills:

• Experience in MES implementation on any COTs tool like Apriso, Simatic IT, GE Proficy, SAP ME/MII, Rockwell etc
• Good understanding of manufacturing business processes, preferred CPG
• Knowledge of ISA95 / MESA standards
• Fair understanding of control systems automation
• Fair understanding of OPC tools like Kepware
• Good to have:
• Knowledge on basic queries with SQL/Oracle
• Familiarity with Agile framework and Industry 4.0
• Key Roles Responsibilities:
• Engaging with Factory users and stakeholders to demo application functionalities, support configuration and handholding during hyper care
• Prepare and agree deployment plan with factories and execution of deployment activities
• Weekly status report preparation, governance
• Support pre-UAT - Functional solution validation, basic troubleshooting
• To take a lead role in new opportunities from initial concept, requirements gathering, specification, design, delivery, acceptance and into operational support.
