Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Workday Reporting & Analytics solutions to improve business processes
• Oversee integration of Workday HCM with existing systems for seamless operations
• Provide guidance on best practices for utilizing Workday functionalities to achieve organizational objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Workday configurations and customizations
• Conduct system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Workday applications
• Train and mentor team members on Workday tools and techniques
• Evaluate new Workday features and updates for applicability to organizational needs
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align Workday solutions with business objectives
• Monitor system performance and implement enhancements for optimal efficiency and user experience
• Support Finance & Accounting teams by providing actionable insights through Workday analytics
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve Workday implementations
