Job Duties in Brief:

 Provide technical leadership to a team of developers

 Assist developers on new modules development as well as enhancements and defects fixing

 Work with various teams to analyze and design new modules

 Provide estimates and plan development of new features

 Facilitate communication between development and other teams within the organization

 Development of new features and code review.

 Systems documentation and knowledgebase management for support efficiencies

 Support users by developing documentation and assistance tools

 Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and

presenting these for architectural review.

About You:

 7+ years Application development experience in Jave

 3+ years python experience

 Experience leading developments team

 Experience designing and developing complex solutions

 Vast experience with Spring framework

 Experience in front-end technologies like JavaScript, React, Angular

 Good knowledge on SQL and PL/SQL

 Proficient in ORM frameworks like Hibernate/JPA

 Experienced in Agile SDLC

 Ability to prioritize and multi-task in order to meet deadlines

 Can resolve technical issues through debugging, research and investigation

 A team player who is effective working independently and collaboratively

 Familiarity with concepts of MVC, Unit testing, messaging and SOAP/RESTful APIs

 Must be self-motivated and driven, with strong analytical, problem solving, and

communication skills

 B.S. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

 Knowledge in architecting and implementing cloud-based applications

 Experience developing micro services

 Experience with micro-frontends

 Financial industry Experience

 Understanding of CICD pipelines

 Experience with various python libraries and frameworks (ie SQLAlchemy, FastAPI, graphQL)
