Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong expertise in React and a solid working experience of Ruby to join our high-performing engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications used by millions of users. You will play a key part in driving software quality through best practices in Test Driven Development (TDD), design principles, and continuous delivery pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement high-quality, scalable web applications using React and Ruby/Ruby on Rails.
• Lead by example in applying software engineering fundamentals and TDD in daily development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into technical solutions.
• Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid development and reliable releases.
• Contribute to long-term technical strategies while balancing immediate business needs.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring of junior engineers.
• Monitor and maintain system health through testing, staging, deployment, and proactive alerting.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem.
• Working Experience of Ruby (preferably with Rails).
• Strong foundation in software design principles, TDD, and clean code practices.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining high-scale enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with large-scale systems and platforms running in distributed environments.
• Experience building and operating modern CI/CD systems.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, adapt quickly, and make trade-offs between short- and long-term objectives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with GraphQL, REST APIs, and frontend-backend integration best practices.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Contribution to open-source or active participation in developer communities is a plus.
