Full stack DEVELOPER

Job Description:

• Role Overview: Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using modern full-stack technologies, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Frontend Development: Build single-page and progressive web applications using React; demonstrate strong JavaScript expertise and implement best practices for frontend architecture.
• Backend Development: Develop and maintain NodeJS backend services, ensuring seamless integration with frontend components and external systems.
• Database Management: Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other databases for data modeling, querying, and optimization.
• System Architecture: Design and implement scalable system architectures and maintain robust application frameworks.
• DevOps & Deployment: Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization, deployment, and orchestration of applications.
• API Development: Build and maintain GraphQL APIs for efficient data access and communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Apply test-driven development (TDD) practices to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability.
• Project Management & Mentoring: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
• Problem Solving & Innovation: Apply creative thinking to design innovative solutions and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Communication & Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and deliver projects on time.

Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in React, NodeJS, and full-stack development; 3+ years working with PostgreSQL/MongoDB.
• Skills: React, NodeJS, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Docker, GraphQL, Kubernetes, system architecture, TDD, web application development, project management, mentoring, problem-solving, analytical skills.
• Education: BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills.
