Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Supervision: Oversee and supervise Guest Service Agents, Night Auditors, and Bell Staff to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Staff Guidance & Direction: Provide guidance, coaching, and direction to all front office associates to maintain service excellence.
  • Policy & Procedure Compliance: Ensure all front office staff adhere to hotel policies, standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Staff Training & Development: Manage, mentor, and train the front office team to enhance their skills, performance, and professional development.
  • Guest Satisfaction Oversight: Monitor front office operations to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
