Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Manage end-to-end admission process and track prospective parent interactions
  • Maintain student data, admission/withdrawal records, and inquiry logs
  • Coordinate with school teams for parent orientations and presentations
  • Curate and update reception displays, notice boards, and call registers

Role Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for all parent inquiries and visitors
  • Address and resolve queries from prospective and existing parents
  • Maintain communication records and prepare feedback reports
  • Provide administrative support and ensure high-quality customer experience
