Job Description
Key Deliverables:
- Manage end-to-end admission process and track prospective parent interactions
- Maintain student data, admission/withdrawal records, and inquiry logs
- Coordinate with school teams for parent orientations and presentations
- Curate and update reception displays, notice boards, and call registers
Role Responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact for all parent inquiries and visitors
- Address and resolve queries from prospective and existing parents
- Maintain communication records and prepare feedback reports
- Provide administrative support and ensure high-quality customer experience
