Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet, welcome, and direct visitors appropriately, both in person and over the phone.
  • Notify company personnel of visitor arrivals and respond to or refer inquiries as needed.
  • Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories and providing accurate instructions.
  • Maintain security by following established procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
  • Operate and maintain the telecommunication system, including house phones and console operations, following manufacturer instructions.
  • Ensure the reception area is professional, organized, and welcoming at all times.
