Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
  • Handle guest questions, complaints, and special requests efficiently.
  • Answer incoming calls, redirect them appropriately, and maintain messages.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute letters, packages, and correspondence.
  • Prepare outgoing mail and secure parcels for dispatch.
  • Monitor emails, sort, and forward as necessary.
  • Keep track of office supplies and place orders when required.
  • Maintain updated records, files, and monitor office expenses.
  • Support administrative tasks such as travel arrangements and schedules.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk with all necessary materials.
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures smoothly.
  • Ensure rooms are prepared prior to guest arrival and monitor daily bookings.
  • Promptly address guest requests and provide upscale guest service experiences.
