Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
- Handle guest questions, complaints, and special requests efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls, redirect them appropriately, and maintain messages.
- Receive, sort, and distribute letters, packages, and correspondence.
- Prepare outgoing mail and secure parcels for dispatch.
- Monitor emails, sort, and forward as necessary.
- Keep track of office supplies and place orders when required.
- Maintain updated records, files, and monitor office expenses.
- Support administrative tasks such as travel arrangements and schedules.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk with all necessary materials.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures smoothly.
- Ensure rooms are prepared prior to guest arrival and monitor daily bookings.
- Promptly address guest requests and provide upscale guest service experiences.
