Job Description
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs for guests, maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate appointment schedules and meeting room bookings.
- Maintain and update the front office area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as managing emails, filing, and document preparation.
- Provide information to visitors, clients, and staff as required.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of office operations and assist with office-related inquiries.
