Job Description

We are seeking a Front Office Executive to manage all front office operations, from welcoming guests to handling administrative tasks. You will be responsible for managing office inventory, handling couriers and phone calls, and maintaining office data. This role requires a smart, presentable graduate with good English communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Guest Management: Welcome guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Front Office Operations: Manage all aspects of front office and front desk operations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle office operations and administration, including managing and monitoring the inventory of office supplies.
  • Communication & Correspondence: Answer and transfer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and handle couriers and packaging.
  • Data Management: Manage and maintain various office data and registers.

Skills Required

  • A graduate degree is a must.
  • Smart, presentable, and with good English communication skills.
  • Experience as a receptionist or in a similar front office role is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
