Job Description

Front Office & Customer Coordination

  • Attend to visitors and handle enquiries in person and over the phone.
  • Coordinate vehicle delivery with customers, ensuring all documentation and processes are complete.
  • Provide product and organizational information to clients and the general public.

Back Office & Documentation

  • Secure customer information for credit applications.
  • Ensure proper delivery paperwork for new and pre-owned vehicle deals, including finance, registration, and extended warranty documentation.
  • Monitor and update vehicle sale delivery boards accurately and timely.

Support & Compliance

  • Assist the Finance department in vehicle sale processes as required.
  • Maintain knowledge of all vehicle-related products, accessories, and after-sales items.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
