Job Summary:
We are seeking a well-presented and professional Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage front office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company
- Coordinate with internal teams for administrative support
- Maintain office records, files, and documents
- Assist in travel arrangements and other administrative tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
