  • Brand Compliance: Ensure all front desk operations consistently adhere to established brand standards.
  • Front Desk Management: Supervise the front desk area to maintain a welcoming, organized, and client-friendly environment.
  • Client Experience: Ensure smooth client flow and provide exceptional service to enhance overall client satisfaction.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain records, update appointments, and support daily studio operations as required.
