Responsibilities:
- Client Coordination: Coordinate with consultants in the studio and schedule consultations efficiently.
- Inquiry Handling: Manage client inquiries through phone calls, emails, and walk-ins, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Brand Compliance: Ensure all front desk operations consistently adhere to established brand standards.
- Front Desk Management: Supervise the front desk area to maintain a welcoming, organized, and client-friendly environment.
- Client Experience: Ensure smooth client flow and provide exceptional service to enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain records, update appointments, and support daily studio operations as required.
