Job Description

 Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage check-ins, bookings, and membership inquiries efficiently.
  • Handle calls, emails, and online queries related to gym services, classes, and memberships.
  • Maintain front desk operations including record-keeping, billing, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate with trainers, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth member experience.
  • Address member complaints or issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
  • Promote gym services, offers, and programs to members as appropriate.
