Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage check-ins, bookings, and membership inquiries efficiently.
- Handle calls, emails, and online queries related to gym services, classes, and memberships.
- Maintain front desk operations including record-keeping, billing, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with trainers, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth member experience.
- Address member complaints or issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
- Promote gym services, offers, and programs to members as appropriate.
