Job Description

Front Desk & Call Handling

  • Manage incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and provide information as required.

Visitor & Guest Management

  • Handle guest reception, visitor logs, and ensure a welcoming front office environment.

Pantry & Courier Operations

  • Oversee pantry stock and services, and manage incoming and outgoing couriers efficiently.

Daily Administrative Tasks

  • Perform routine admin tasks including filing, document handling, and scheduling.

HR & Admin Support

  • Assist HR and administrative teams with coordination, record-keeping, and office management tasks.

Office Supplies Management

  • Track and manage inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.

Housekeeping & Security Coordination

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and security staff to maintain office hygiene and safety.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Good English communication skills
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing company preferred
