Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultation Coordination: Coordinate with consultants in the studio and schedule client consultations efficiently.
  • Inquiry Management: Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Brand Standards Compliance: Ensure that all brand standards and guidelines are consistently followed at the front desk.
  • Reception Management: Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients, maintaining records, and supporting daily administrative tasks.
  • Client Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all clients visiting the studio, maintaining professionalism and hospitality.
