Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Acquire personal leads to complement outbound and inbound sales efforts. Perform daily lead generation calls to identify potential customers and generate sales opportunities.

Use of Lead Sources

  • Leverage various lead sources provided by the company to maximize phone sales and maintain a steady pipeline of prospects.

Sales Script Adherence

  • Follow the provided sales script using the AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) methodology to effectively engage prospects and drive conversions.

Referral Generation

  • Obtain referrals from each sales call to expand the prospect network and enhance lead quality.

Team Engagement & Reporting

  • Celebrate daily new sales activities within the team to maintain motivation and track performance metrics.
