Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Recruitment & Training: Recruit, train, and manage customer service and HR employees to ensure effective service delivery.
- Employee Scheduling: Prepare and manage staff schedules to meet operational needs.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the company, addressing queries and facilitating communication.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client and customer complaints promptly, escalating unresolved issues to management when necessary.
- Reporting: Document client and customer activities or complaints, and present reports to managers or directors.
- Service Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service quality and client relationships.
- Client Engagement: Schedule meetings with prospective and existing clients, and meet clients in person when required, particularly in larger companies such as marketing firms.
