Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion & Sales
- Call on leads and follow up to convert them into sales opportunities.
Appointment Management
- Generate appointments for the Business Development (BD) team to ensure a consistent sales pipeline.
Sales Planning
- Plan and organize weekly sales targets to achieve business objectives.
Client Communication
- Communicate effectively with clients for both pre-sales and post-sales support.
Lead Follow-up & Reporting
- Follow up on incoming leads, send mailers, maintain complete databases, and generate reports for management.
Key Account Management
- Manage key accounts to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
