Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion & Sales

  • Call on leads and follow up to convert them into sales opportunities.

Appointment Management

  • Generate appointments for the Business Development (BD) team to ensure a consistent sales pipeline.

Sales Planning

  • Plan and organize weekly sales targets to achieve business objectives.

Client Communication

  • Communicate effectively with clients for both pre-sales and post-sales support.

Lead Follow-up & Reporting

  • Follow up on incoming leads, send mailers, maintain complete databases, and generate reports for management.

Key Account Management

  • Manage key accounts to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
