Fresher /Customer Support

We're looking for a Customer Support Representative to be the main point of contact for our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate, as prior experience isn't required. You'll be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: You will serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and providing timely, accurate information.
• Problem Resolution: Listen to customer issues and work to find effective solutions to ensure satisfaction and maintain a positive relationship.
• Documentation: You'll use your knowledge of MS Office to document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Communication: Use your strong communication skills to interact with customers clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
