Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Maturation: Identify and nurture high-potential leads for IT networking products and services, ensuring alignment with Radiant's solution offerings.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their IT infrastructure needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Radiant's technical and sales teams to develop compelling proposals and close deals.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in IT networking to identify new collaboration prospects.
  • Confidentiality & Commitment: Uphold Radiant's values by maintaining strict confidentiality and demonstrating long-term dedication to our partnership.

Compensation Structure
