Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition:
  • Identify potential clients across sectors and industries.
  • Reach out to HR leaders, Talent Acquisition heads, and decision-makers to understand hiring needs.
  • Pitch recruitment and executive search solutions tailored to client requirements.
  1. Lead Management & Conversion:
  • Manage the complete lead-to-client conversion process.
  • Generate proposals, negotiate terms, and onboard new clients efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups.
  1. Collaboration & Delivery Oversight:
  • Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure smooth delivery of talent solutions.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or escalations promptly.
  1. Market Research & Strategy:
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and client hiring patterns.
  • Develop strategies to approach new business opportunities and expand client base.
  1. Reporting & Documentation:
  • Prepare periodic reports on leads, client acquisition, and revenue generated.
  • Track performance metrics to optimize business development efforts.
