Franchise Business Development Head - K12 Schools, Skill Development

• Develop and implement franchising and expansion strategies
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with franchisees, partners, and stakeholders
• Manage the franchise recruitment and onboarding process
• Provide training and support to franchisees
• Monitor and report on franchise performance and compliance
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with franchising and expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for franchisees.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Skill development, K12 School franchising, expansion, or business development
• Proven track record of success in driving growth and revenue through franchising and partnerships
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and drive decision-making
• Experience in the education or training industry preferred
• Knowledge of franchising regulations and laws.

Nice to Have:
