FP&A Analyst

• Drive financial planning and analysis for the diagnostics business, including budgeting, forecasting, and business partnership.

• Prepare management reports, financial statements, and dashboards by collecting, analyzing, and presenting financial data.

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing in line with global policies.

• Develop and maintain Business Intelligence tools and Power BI dashboards to support decision-making.

• Provide in-depth financial analysis and presentations to senior management to enable fact-based decisions and identify growth opportunities.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across revenue, cost, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.

• Support ad-hoc analysis, project support, and global reporting requirements to align with international standards.
