Key Responsibilities:

• Design and refine prompts for interview questions and resume screening.
• Build and test workflows for cheating detection.
• Work with real interview data to improve model accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to deploy models into production.
• Develop classical ML models and work with LLMs for AI-based solutions.
