Founders Office - Regulatory Compliance & Policy

We re looking for a strategic operator to join the Founder s Office, focused on building high-impact partnerships, shaping our external positioning, and navigating the complex regulatory and compliance landscape. Working directly with the founders, you ll influence how we engage with startups, investors, corporates, regulators, and other key stakeholders in a fast-evolving sector.

What You ll Do

Forge Strategic Partnerships

• Identify, structure, and manage key partnerships that align with business goals, ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and driving long-term value.

Drive Thought Leadership

• Collaborate with the founders to amplify our voice across industry events, media, and speaking opportunities, while staying ahead of shifting regulatory and compliance trends.

Shape External Positioning

• Refine and communicate our story to a diverse set of stakeholders from regulators and investors to market leaders ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory frameworks.

Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives

• Own strategic projects that span product, growth, and compliance, ensuring that our offerings meet necessary regulations and drive meaningful impact in the market.

Monitor Regulatory & Compliance Trends

• Stay on top of relevant regulatory shifts in our space, working closely with legal and business teams to ensure compliance while seizing new growth opportunities.

What You Bring

• 4-8 years of experience in strategy, partnerships, business development, or regulatory affairs in fast-moving, highly regulated environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with an understanding of compliance and regulatory dynamics.
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes while driving growth and strategic initiatives.
• Bonus: Existing network within the broader ecosystem or familiarity with regulatory bodies and compliance frameworks.
