Fortivoice Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and effective technical support to Fortinet customers and partners via web, phone, and chat.
• Analyze, investigate, and diagnose complex technical issues related to the FortiVoice platform by examining logs, configurations, and customer network data.
• Implement, configure, and troubleshoot FortiVoice Unified Communication Manager.
• Strong knowledge of SIP protocol to implement, configure, troubleshoot, and integrate SIP endpoints.
• Implement, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco voice gateways.
• Collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Apply basic VMware knowledge where applicable.
