Key Responsibilities:

Teaching Your Subject (60% of time):

• Teach one or two subjects of your expertise to your class.
• Conduct regular tests and assessments to monitor learning and provide feedback.
• Build a positive and strong school culture focused on learning and joy.
• Collaborate with parents through regular meetings to ensure active involvement.

Mentoring Students (20% of time):

• Mentor 15-20 students throughout the year.
• Develop strategies to improve study habits, attendance, and drive for excellence.
• Share mentoring plans with other teachers in the ecosystem.

School Projects (20% of time):

• Collaborate with Senior Teachers to implement school projects like Hobby Clubs, Career Awareness, Annual Day, and Sports Day.
• Strengthen leadership skills and mentor new teachers through these initiatives.
