Job Description

Responsibilities:

Operations Management

  • Oversee all Food & Beverage (F&B) operations, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines and highest operational standards.
  • Maintain excellent levels of internal and external customer service.

Menu & Product Management

  • Design innovative and exceptional menus in line with the brand concept.
  • Purchase goods, manage inventory, and implement continuous improvements in product quality and service.

Customer Relations

  • Identify customer needs and proactively respond to their concerns, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Team Leadership

  • Lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.
  • Establish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures to drive team performance.
  • Foster an environment of motivation, teamwork, and ownership through effective communication.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Report to management regarding sales results, productivity, and operational performance.
