Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations Manager in making key policy, planning, and strategic decisions.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of all outlets and the central kitchen.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are properly filed and maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Support the Operations Manager in planning short-term and long-term goals, including expansion initiatives.
  • Identify operational challenges and business opportunities and contribute to effective solutions.
  • Build alliances and partnerships with relevant external organizations to support business growth.
  • Responsible for reducing operational costs through process improvements and efficient resource utilization.
  • Communicate and coordinate with delivery portals to ensure smooth order management.
  • Enhance and improve customer experience across all outlets.
