Fire And Safety Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Checking of Fire Protection System (FPS), Fire Alarm System (FAS) and Public Address System PAS) whether it is under control / within design limits.
• Support Property Manager for taking over FPS, FAS & PAS from Client Project Team including preparation of Snag / Defect list and regular review of Snag / Defect List.
• Monitoring of Fit-out activities within the Client Property from Fire Safety and Human Safety aspect.
• Taking regular rounds of building, Terrace & its surroundings.
• Verify all checklists & checklist values with actual values & completion of documents as per schedule & requirement.
• Carrying out routine checkup of fire detection system, Hydrant system, & Sprinkler system.
• Follow up of all technical issues related to FPS, FAS & PAS Coordinating with collogues & seniors as per procedure.
• Coordinating with team for procedure Development & changes.
• Preparation of required Checklist related to FPS, FAS & PAS, approval & implementations.
• Scheduling of HVAC system.
• Inventory Management related FPS, FAS & PAS.
• Monitors work performed related to FPS, FAS & PAS by AMC / Outsourced Vendors and verified quantity and quality.
• Support Property Manager for Emergency Evacuation Drills, ERT training, Audits and Compliance related documents.
• Ensures adherence to established client policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance programs, safety standards and compliance related to Fire Safety
• Implement planned preventive maintenance as per the schedule and report any abnormality / deviation.
