Finishing Engineer

An Ideal Candidate:

An ideal candidate should be Diploma / B.E / BTech Civil Engineer with min 2+ years exp in completion of projects & also ensure proper thorough quality checks of entire flat including MEP services, snag-desnag of the project till successful handover to customer.

Key Competencies:

1. Coordination with contractors
2. Snagging & handing over of the flats from project team until possession to the clients.
3. Transition of residential complex and Maintenance handling. CAM maintenance and vendor management
4. Oversee all finishing activities and ensure process adherence.
5. Stakeholder Management
6. Construction Management
7. Health & Safety Excellence
8. Process Adherence
9. Working knowledge of MEP services 
10. To be well versed with QA SOP 

This role is 1 yr contractual role on 3rd party payroll.
