Financial Reporting & Regulatory Specialist

• Manage financial accounting and consolidation activities

• Perform P&L and balance sheet reviews along with reconciliations

• Prepare board reports and year-end financial statements

• Handle group and statutory audit deliverables

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes

• Manage transfer pricing agreements and documentation

• Prepare and review regulatory returns such as HMRC, PRA, and CBI submissions

• Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting to authorities like CBI, BoE, and PRA

• Collaborate with global teams and support offshore-onshore delivery models

• Contribute to finance automation and transformation initiatives
