Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist financial planners in creating personalized financial plans based on client goals, risk appetite, and financial situation.
  • Collect and analyze client financial data including income, expenses, investments, insurance, taxes, and retirement plans.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, projections, and presentations.
  • Help in portfolio reviews and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with clients to gather required documentation and schedule meetings.
  • Support the onboarding process of new clients by completing KYC and compliance documentation.
  • Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Assist in marketing and client engagement activities as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial planning, advisory, or related finance roles preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of financial planning concepts, investment products, taxation, and retirement planning.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial planning software.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Certification such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) is a plus.
