Financial Analyst

Role & responsibilities:

• Work independently to solve complex open-ended questions.
• Design and analyze tests and experiments. Present findings and recommendations to customers concisely to drive appropriate outcomes.
• Ensure proper implementation of various analytics platforms.
• Maintain documentation of analytical processes and projects.
• Build, maintain, and improve performance dashboards leveraging customer feedback for use and accessibility.
• Advise clients on relevant best practices and ensure the data is easily retrievable for their review.
• Support data quality and understanding customer needs as they evolve.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Strong data manipulation skills: querying and manipulating data with SQL; advanced MS Excel skills (vlookup, functions, dashboards, Power Pivot) and knowledge of Python or R.
• Experience with A/B conversion testing.
• 3-5 years experience working with Snowflake Data Cloud to generate action insights, reports & dashboards for business users that need to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience with IT and data engineering teams to ensure the infrastructure supports scalable, efficient data analysis.
• Concise and clear written and oral communication. Proven experience with delivering insights and reports with PowerPoint slides to customers. Strong attention to detail.
• Experience building dashboards in PowerBI or Tableau.
