Financial Analyst

BOLLA MANAGEMENT INDIA LLP is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to develop a strong foundation in finance. The successful candidate will support the finance team in data analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in financial data collection, consolidation, and analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Prepare and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
• Generate financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and improve financial processes
• Analyze variances and trends in financial data to identify risks and opportunities
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting and documentation

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Experience:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related roles
