Financial Analysis Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analysis Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will help the company make smart financial decisions by analyzing data, preparing reports, and identifying trends. You'll work closely with different teams like finance, operations, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and trends to support business decisions
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and budgets
• Help monitor company performance vs. budget and past results
• Identify areas where the company can save costs or increase profits
• Work with different departments to gather data and explain financial insights
• Create presentations and dashboards for internal teams and leadership
• Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reviews
• Ensure accuracy of financial information and follow company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
• Experience with financial software (like SAP, Oracle, or similar tools) is a plus
• Good understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
