Finance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Performance Monitoring: Track financial and operational performance against approved budgets and business plans
• Analysis & Reporting: Conduct periodic analysis of revenue, costs, and key performance metrics
• Revenue & Cost Optimization: Collaborate with hotel operations teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost efficiency
• Sales & Market Tracking: Review sales and marketing initiatives; monitor market and competitor performance
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong working relationships with the hotel operations leadership team
