Finance Operations Manager

• Degree in Accounting & Taxation preferred.
• 6 plus years of tax experience in US Corporate Federal Income Tax (emphasizing US, 'State Income Taxes') SALT 1120
• Experience in preparation of corporate state income tax returns including large combined unitary states such as California, New York, Illinois, Texas
• Understanding of typical state income tax adjustments and state income tax concepts (apportionment, different filing methods, etc.)
• Understanding of US State Income tax laws
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Excellent excel skills including pivot tables.

• Calculation of State tax adjustments
• Calculation of Tax depreciation and amortization
• Experience in tax preparation software – OneSource
• Proficient in excel and data management including pivot tables
